****Original Artwork Shipping
Due to the delicate nature and special handling required for original artwork, these pieces are excluded from our free shipping offer. Original artworks require:
- Custom protective packaging
- Specialized shipping methods
- Additional insurance coverage
Shipping costs for original artwork will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the piece. We take great care to ensure your one-of-a-kind artwork arrives safely.
All other products qualify for free shipping on orders over $100.
Processing Time
All products in this shop are made to order.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the item and order size.
Larger or mixed-product orders may require additional time.
Original artworks usually ship within 3–5 business days.

Most orders include tracking when available.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (when available).
All original artworks are shipped with full tracking.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact me info@rakkaus.art with the subject title:LOST PACKAGE.
I will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the shipment is confirmed lost, a replacement will be sent at no cost.
Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered completed. If you cannot locate a delivered package, please check with neighbours or your local postal office.
Returned-to-Sender Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to pick up, the customer is responsible for:
- New shipping costs to resend the package, and
- Any fees charged by the carrier or production partner.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
